We’re excited to welcome programs back for the 2nd Annual Preston Spradlin Varsity Team Camp hosted on the beautiful campus of James Madison University. After a highly successful debut in 2025 with 27 varsity teams from around the region, this one-day event continues to deliver high-level summer competition in a collegiate setting.
Held inside JMU’s state-of-the-art University Recreation Center, this varsity-only event guarantees each team three games in a single day, providing valuable reps and team development ahead of the upcoming season. All games will be officiated by VHSL-certified referees to create a game-day atmosphere that mirrors real-season intensity.
Whether you’re building chemistry, testing your lineup, or setting the tone for your summer, this is a must-attend experience for high school varsity programs looking to compete and grow.
Coaches must register their team first.
LOCATION:
- University Recreation Center on James Madison University campus – 701 Driver Drive, Harrisonburg, VA
All Facilities are located on James Madison University Campus!
WHAT TO BRING:
- Durable Basketball Shoes
- Socks
- Athletic Shorts
- Athletic T-Shirts
- Specific High School Gear (Reversible Jerseys Recommended)
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
There will be an entry fee for spectators not affiliated with the team. ($10 day pass to enter into UREC - Bands will be given for access.)
